This talk asks the big questions and covers the things we don’t normally talk about. As businesspeople, why do we do the things that we do? What drives us? What motivates us? Is there an area in our lives that we’re not measuring up to our expectations? Do we feel a sense of failure when things don’t go the way we planned? Through this raw and real talk we will dive into the things holding us back. Perhaps our health isn’t where it should be, or our family life isn’t where it should be. Participants will emerge with clear steps on how to improve those areas of their lives and come away with a sense of acceptance and hope. It’s okay to struggle, it’s okay not to be perfect, it’s okay to be who you are. No matter where you are in your business or career journey, this talk will show you the way forward to not only be more successful at work, but also have a more happy and fulfilling life at home.
This talk is all about what it takes to be successful. The truth is that we all have self-imposed boundaries in our lives. From mental to physical boundaries, self- confidence and a myriad of other limiting beliefs. The question is, how do we get past them? We know we can do more, we can be better – but we don’t know where to start. Our personal and professional lives are always linked, so if we can break through boundaries in one area, it will naturally spread to the other areas of our life as well.
This talk provides an inspirational roadmap to smash through those boundaries that prevent us from enjoying the successful, happy and fulfilled lives we so desperately want to live. So if you’re looking for a talk to engage and motivate your team and help them both in and out of work, this is the talk for you.
This talk is all about learning from my failures. And believe me, there’s a lot of them. By using my experience I can provide lifehacks for living a healthier and happier life and how to avoid the pitfalls and learning curves that come along with the journey into entrepreneurship. In this talk I focus on the importance of hustle and pushing through personal boundaries. But I also focus on re-framing the self-imposed expectations that often lead to future emotional instability and a sense of alone-ness and failure (even when everything is going right). Emerging from this talk, participants will have a much better idea of how to navigate the complex journey of entrepreneurship and what it means to lead a truly happy and fulfilled life.
This talk is designed to prepare high school students for university and beyond. Millennials are leaving high school with unrealistic expectations of what their life will be like, which can lead to a lack of self-worth and a sense of failure. By sharing my own journey, my mistakes and my successes, I can share all of the things I wish I would have known before starting my life after high school. Participants in this talk will come away with an improved sense of self worth, a more accurate depiction of life after high school and some new knowledge to help navigate it.
